Kitchen Stage @ Pizzaiolo | Nov 2025


I cold emailed the Pizzaiolo team and asked if I could volunteer in their kitchen. No experience, just curiosity and a deep love for what they do. After an interview, they brought me in for a three-day stage. I learned how to break down produce with intention, made salad dressing from scratch, helped prep pizza dough, and got to feel the rhythm of a kitchen where every detail matters. The talent there is world-class. Walking out, I didn't just appreciate the craft more. I understood what it takes to operate a kitchen and restaurant of that caliber every day.
